Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by HMRA

While, we try to provide every service/tour package/stay  for which user has paid  successfully  with hmra.in as promised, but there are some situations in which we may have to cancel service/tour package/stay.
Some of the situations that may result in your service/tour package/stay being cancelled include (but not limited to):

  • Route not accessible due to natural calamity or bad weather
  • Non avoidable circumstances in our company like death of tour leader or tour manager
  • In case number of participants are less than 5 for the event

At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any payment. We will contact you if all or any portion of your service/tour package/stay for which you paid get cancelled or if any more information is needed for the same . If your service/tour package/stay  is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

 

 

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you then you will get the refund according to our refund policy.
Once registered, customer can any time cancel his bookings by contacting us (at details mentioned in Contact Us page) till the start of service/tour package/stay for which payment has been done.

There will be no cancellations after that.

 

 

Refund Policy

In case cancellation has been initiated by you (consumer) on a date and time which is 15 or more days before actual start of service/tour package/stay for which payment has been done, then 5% of the package amount will be deducted and rest of the paid amount will be refunded back to you with in 10 working days.

In case  cancellation has been initiated by you (consumer) on a date and time which is 15-10 days before actual start of service/tour package/stay for which payment has been done, then 50% of the package amount will be deducted and rest of the paid amount will be refunded back to you with in 10 working days.

In case  cancellation has been initiated by you (consumer) on a date and time  which is 10-5 days before actual start of service/tour package/stay for which payment has been done, then 80% of the package amount will be deducted and rest of the paid amount will be refunded back to you with in 10 working days.

In case  cancellation has been initiated by you (consumer) on a date and time which is within 5 days to 48 hours before actual start of service/tour package/stay  for which payment has been done, then there will be no refunds.

Refund and cancellation terms will be different for third party services like flights and will be as per their policies.
